My work blends Reiki, grounding practices, and simple rituals that help you release what’s heavy and remember what’s still soft. Sessions are collaborative. You don’t need to show up fixed, you just need to show up.
I’m also certified in systemic couple and family counseling, so I hold the whole picture with care. Your relationships, your nervous system, your story. We build safety first, then move gently toward relief, regulation, and connection.
